New Extended Stay Marrriott property in downtown Little Rock
The Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Little Rock will be located in the River Market District and will be the first extended stay hotel in the downtown area. The hotel will have 107 rooms, guest parking behind the hotel, outdoor pool, sport court and grill for guest use. Guests will be within walking distance of all the dining, shopping & nightlife the River Market has to offer. Anticipate opening in May/June 2013.
